As you’d expect from a telemarketing company, we take a pride in being able to target our own new client base. Our work with BBDO came to us through this route. When we approached BBDO, they were running a number of high quality and high value creative marketing campaigns, targeting strategic Heads of Marketing with multi-million pound budgets.
Solution:
As with many of our clients, the initial phases (Define and Analyse) of our Orientation Process were rigorous. As a result, our partnership with BBDO was well established before making a single call and our Pilot phase immediately created a number of senior level sales appointments.
Outcome:
The success of our initial campaign resulted in BBDO outsourcing regular quarterly campaigns to us. Over a period of time, as part of our Partner Strategy, we were able to share critical data we had obtained through our Orientation Process with BBDO. This enabled them ultimately to take their telemarketing in-house, and continue to be successful in obtaining senior level sales appointments.
